Does this machine come with a table, motor, and peddle?

It was just the head. Table motor and peddle can be purchased as an add on. I had a table and motor so I did not need them just the sewing head.

Is this machine reverse sewing only?

You may use the reverse sewing also. The table and motor are not included.

Have seen the juki ddl 8700 used on a quilting frame , will this work?

Yes. Its exact the same as the ddl8700
