The media could not be loaded. Easy to install on our existing water fountain. Renting space to a private gym. Also installed the inline filter too. Water tastes great and saves gym from buying bottled water.

It gets the job done
I would have given it five stars if i didn't have to purchase some additonal parts to complete install. You will have to purchase screws to mount the bottle filler to wall. You will also have to get an additional quick connect for main water line connection. I used a 3/8" to 1/4" connector.
