Chicken Leg rack with Drip Tray

This rack is great. Saved space on my smoker so I could fit other stuff. Drip tray caught the majority of the grease so it wasn’t all over the place. Easy cleanup in the sink with soapy water. Holds 14 chicken legs, which happens to be the same amount my Food Lion sells in a pack. A little delicate but as long as you don’t drop something heavy on it, you are fine. Folds down for storage.

Easy to put together, use and clean. I've used it about 5 times and just love the fact you dont have to turn the legs, they cook evenly all over.

Small clubs and large flats dont fit, end up laying them horizontally on top fits like 8-10 that way and still have space to cook evenly. Annoying to clean and not the sturdiest but does a decent job, better than cooking on a flat tray. Would make slots smaller, more space in between slots and sturdier if it was my design.

I saw a bunch of reels on my feed from various bbq experts for this drumstick rack. It works great. I need a better rub than what I used, that being said use whichever rub or marinade you love on chicken. Note: a turkey drumstick is way too big

The chicken leg rack does the job, but it’s not perfect. It holds 12 drumsticks, but I found the openings a bit too big for smaller chicken legs—they tended to slip through and fall off. I ended up wrapping a little foil around the ends to get them to stay in place. It works well if you start the cooking on the smoker—keeps the legs upright so they cook evenly—but if you want that nice crispy, charred skin, you’ll have to finish them directly on hot grill grates. Overall, it’s sturdy, easy to clean, and gets the job done with a few adjustments. Not flawless, but still useful for smoking or grilling drumsticks.

WOW, Should have bought this so much earlier in my life. I smoke all my food on charcoal. It's a serious game to play. Environment is everything. These made the drippings fall right on top of the vegetables. Awesome! Not only that but the tray made it completely stable on my grill no matter how I positioned it! I bought another to do more wings at one time because i cook for graduation parties and guests of great numbers.

I keep bragging about how great this works! Have now had to replace mine 4 times because I keep giving it away. We use it in the oven and on BBQ. Everyone I have given one to has also said they like how it works. Even cooking, crispy skin, no flare ups, just an all around great product. Sometimes I give a quick spray of PAM but not every time. Hand washed or dishwasher, both worked well. We use it every 2 weeks.

Such a great little thing. Didn’t even know such a thing existed. Cleanse easy enough in the dishwasher. Can’t speak to durability as I’ve only used it three or four times.
