I had this book many years ago and after many years, I donated it to a consignment store, big mistake lol here I am buying it again. Her program works and I need to do it again Thank you for sending me this book, looking brand new and properly sealed in plastic all the way around.

Information on how to eat and be healthy.

The biggest disadvantage to this diet is that you have to plan meals in advance and you can't let yourself get hungry. If you cheat, you will gain weight. Once you get in the groove of what you can eat with what, it's very easy. The first time I tried the diet I lost 27 pounds in about 2 1/2 months. I was traveling a lot at that time and this plan makes it easy to eat in restaurants. Go for it!!
