The old formula was vegan; the new is not
The previous version deserves five stars, but the new loses stars for using gelatin. The whole reason I chose this brand was because it says it’s gluten free and VEGAN.

I have heard good things
I have heard that black see oil helps and I hope it’s doing a good job. With supplements, it’s difficult to tell from the outside. I will say I’ve needed to be careful with these capsules so they aren’t squished tightly in my pill box. Twice I’ve opened my daily pill box to find an oily mess. The capsules leak easily under pressure. But it was probably my fault.
