On the expensive end of asphalt patch but so easy to work with.
This stuff is so easy to work with and does an excellent job. I started out with two 50 pound buckets of Aquaphalt for my driveway repair job. Cleaned the pothole out of any loose rocks and material and dumped the two buckets of Aquaphalt in. Spread it out and then watered the surface for a couple of minutes. Tamped it down, drove my truck over it a few times and finished. This is when I noticed that I needed more Aquaphalt, the hole was only half filled. Ordered two more buckets, took a couple of days to arrive so that gave time for the first patch to dry out and harden / cure. Dumped the next two bucks right on top, spread it out, watered and tamped. I am happy with how it turned out and like I said at the beginning, this stuff is so easy to work with. I could probably use a couple more Aquaphalts to really finish off the job but they are on the expensive side. We will see how well this patch job holds up.

A+++ This is a great product and it works extremely well. Make sure to clean out the area to be patched. Pack this in. Tamp it down well, then, pour on water. It seals nicely. I highly recommend this solution for patching asphalt driveways.Note: The first barrel had opened in shipment so it had hardened somewhat. I reported it to the company and they immediately sent a replacement barrell. great customer service. 5 Stars all around.

Using Aquaphalt again
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quality. I first tried this about 3 years ago and the repairs still look great, haven't crumbled. Easy to use, just take your time for great results. My biggest complaint is the price.

Easy to form and very durable
This is the best pothole product ever. Plops out of the bucket easily then becomes a formable mass you can easily and accurately place with a small trowel. Unbelievably useful and wears very well. The hole I fixed last year is good as new!
