can you use this on shingles?????????????

As far I know this is for muscles and for bruising. Shingles is a herpes zoster virus and affect the nerve endings.

Why does this contain multiple forms of urea?

I think because it is multi purposed, used to deb-ride the skin at one extreme and remove calluses from the foot at the other extreme., with many other uses in between. I have used the product for several years for skin issues Joe Barber
