This mat is perfect for working out in my garage! I use it almost every other day and it’s holding up very well!

I'm 5 "10 and after assembling 6 pieces I had more than enough room to do Cobra to Downward Dog flows. Also side to side there's enough room to swing hips in a full circle while on the mat. I was able to do full backbends on the matt without slipping.And it's thick enough you could practice shrimping or other martial arts moves without wrecking your back.
