I'm a fan!
I am in a clinical study involving one of the new GLP-1 type drugs. Unfortunately on of the side effects can be constipation, which I've had a problem with my entire life. None of the old tried & true products for relief has helped so I decided to give this a shot. Bingo! Problem relieved without any adverse effects. I'm a fan.

I love this product. I have tried other brands and there is no comparison to this product. It is gentle and effective. When I travel I use this product before, during, and after to ensure regularity.

Doesn't work.and gets stuck in throat...choked every time.
This does not work at all! Plus it gets stuck in throat every time I try to get down my throat. I am used to large pills/capsules...these are very rough...the capsules do work and don't get stuck.
