I haven't been using this resistance ring for long, but so far the durability is good and the functionality is as expected. The size is ok for someone like me(5ft 10), might be a bit hard to use for smaller folks but I like it so far. I'm hoping the durability holds up for a long time but if not, then I'll update the rating. Decent value for money, good purchase.

Conforme à la description, je m'en sert au cours de pilates. Il a claqué un peu au début, mais maintenant il ne fait plus de bruit à l'usage.
