great for massage

Good product poor shipping method
The product is great, but I don't like that Amazon DE does not provide an option to choose a carrier. Several times I had problems receiving packages - either they are very late or I don't get a notification and the package does not come to my house, but I have to go an pick it up from a post office.

Tried multiple areas and amounts, got no relief at all
Did nothing for me except smell like vanilla I bought it specifically for relief and relaxation, not as a basic vanilla lotion. I used it for several days and tested it in every way I could think of. I applied it to my feet, calves, thighs, shoulders, upper back, lower back, and lower abdomen. I tried tiny amounts, medium amounts, and large loonie-sized amounts. I used it after warm showers, during the day on dry skin, and at night to see if it helped me unwind. No matter how I used it or where I put it, the result was the same: nothing. No relaxation, no easing of tension, no calming effect, no tingling, no warmth, no shift in how my muscles felt, and no improvement in sleep. It just sat on my skin like a regular lotion. As a lotion, it’s average. It absorbs normally and leaves skin moisturised, but nothing about it feels special. The one good thing I can say is that the vanilla scent is nice. If someone wants a simple vanilla body lotion, it works for that. But I didn’t buy it to be a scented lotion. I bought it for the magnesium benefits the product advertises, and on that front it did absolutely nothing for me. After giving it a full, detailed, fair test across multiple areas and amounts, I feel like I wasted my money. One star.
