Issues in beginning, but fast, simple, aesthetically pleasing laptop
Overall, great laptop. It's fast (browsing/videos/etc) and very simple to use. Loads very quickly when starting up the computer, great quality color/photos, audio is loud and clear, touchscreen feature works great, front facing camera is good as well even though I rarely ever use this feature. I will say however, it is very odd that there are two cameras placed at the bottom of the laptop instead of at the top of the screen. Does not bother me since I hardly ever use the camera feature. I was originally not a fan of the new USB-C ports that most devices have converted to but I am getting used to it now and it's not a big deal since the laptop came with one adapter and I ordered extras as well as the regular USB phone charger. After prolonged use, the laptop will get warm but not burning hot as my previous laptop and the battery lasts quite a while throughout the day.The biggest issue I had with this laptop at first was that I kept getting an "Audio renderer error. Please restart your computer" which meant I could not watch any videos or listen to any music without having to restart my computer EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It was the most frustrating thing and I could not find a fix, the Amazon tech support team was a joke and so useless since they told me to reach out directly to Dell but I was unable to reach them either. The troubleshooting options and system updates weren't working. Regardless, nearly 6 months of these shenanigans, the laptop decided to start functioning properly out of the blue and I am now very happy with it.

Not a new product even if it's labelled new on site
It's not a new product. When I checked with dell there was only 3 months of warranty left.
