Excellent cushion for multi-purpose support. Softer and more moldable than most others, so especially good for support against pressure sores and edge-free support in lift chair. We use it in these ways for our 101 year old Mom. My office chair already has a nice ergonomic lumbar curve and this cushion provides for extra comfort with its moldable cushiony support for longer sitting. Would recommend a firmer lumbar style if that's what's required, but if there's no need to build a firmer lumbar wedge this cushion is tops.

I like the firmness of the pillow, but I do not like that it only covers part of my back, NOT all of my back.

I like the back rest a lot, but like some of the other reviews indicated, you have to keep positioning it on your chair. It will not stay at the height adjustment I want. I currently have it on my office chair. I will have to figure out how to keep it stationary. I would give it a 5-star rating if it wasn't for this issue. Other than that, it is very comfortable.
