Could see immediate results and theres enough in the uv reacting gel tubes to get a few treatments in, I only need to use half the recommended measurement to get the job done. Very easy to use and clean. Can be a little bit straining on the mouth to keep in but if you sit on your phone and hold it with your other hand or have it in while doing a chore or something around the house the 10 minutes fly by and it doesnt make your jaw hurt for long.

I recently tried the My Smile Teeth Whitening Kit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The kit comes with everything you need for a complete whitening experience, including a user-friendly LED light, whitening gel, and mouth trays. The application process is straightforward, and I appreciated the clear instructions provided. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in the brightness of my teeth, which boosted my confidence and made me eager to smile more.

This was much better than I expected. I also did not realize how yellow my teeth really were. I took a picture for 7 days to see the change. Day 1 is actually before I started. My recommendation is follow instructions. Don't need to over fill gel as it foams up. I did that on day 4 and I burned a bit of my gums, but it healed quickly. The last 2 days I set the timer twice. I still have a but yellow near the gums, so I will continue till its gone. Now I'm trying to get my family to try it. FYI this Mrs. Mortier.

What caught my attention first was the Whitening scale included (see photo). It starts out with a majority of brown colors with only 2 of 13 shades in the remotely white color. Most people concerned with how white their teeth are do not have such bad teeth to begin with in shades 3 to 13.Like most people concerned about how white their teeth are enough to buy such devices as this, my teeth fall somewhere between an off-white/dull whitish color with a few coffee stains between my teeth, and a few shades too many short of bright white.I used it and my teeth did get a 'little more' whiter, but not much. The coffee stains between my teeth are still there, but I did see 'some' whitening. I believe there should have been more whitening gel per use to fully cover teeth as they are pre-measured inside the syringe dispenser.To be fair, the results are the same as various whitening strips I've tried before but without the mess. The nice thing about this product is that it is simple to use, the taste isn't bad and it's much easier, takes less time and is less messy to use than whitening strips. I'm not sure if the blue light really does anything or if it's just a gimmick. I did go in with higher hopes as I was not satisfied with whitening strips.Bottom line, use in place of whitening strips. If your teeth are really as bad as shades 5 to 13, see a dentist first. It is easy to use and is not messy. The syringes can be cleaned and are useful in the work shop. As far as it making a difference, it's not any better than standard whitening strips.
