In a word: no. A socket connects directly to either a breaker bar or a torque wrench. The breaker bar is typically used to loosen a "frozen" bolt or lug nut. It is used to "break" them loose. If you need additional leverage to generate 110 ft-lbs of torque, you might consider purchasing a short length of steel pipe (12" to 18" long) that has an interior diameter just slightly bigger than the outside diameter of the handle of your torque wrench. Slide the steel pipe 4" to 6" over the end of the torque wrench handle to effectively lengthen it.

Q: How many foot lbs is this rated for

100 ft-lbs is basically hand tight if it was actually tightened to 100 ft-lbs. You should be able to get that apart with a standard 3/8" ratchet, no trouble. This is overkill.
