I bought this metal detector to start a new hobby, and it exceeded my expectations. Setup was simple, and the instructions were clear enough for a beginner like me. I took it to SoCal to use on the beach. It works good in dry sand but once it hits wet sand and water the indicator is all over the place. I had to completely dry the disc off before it worked again. So it's an okay detector but definitely not when it gets wet. The detector is very sensitive especially in all metals mode. I'll definitely be upgrading soon.The company replaced the controller at no cost. Communication was good via emails.

I wanted something reliable for treasure hunting, and this detector impressed me. The 10” coil makes searching fast, and the waterproof feature is perfect for riversides. I love how simple it is to adjust the settings, even for beginners like me. It really feels like a professional tool at an affordable price.

I used this in my backyard and it sounded in certain spots saying it found coins but once I would search there was nothing. I tried digging a little in some spots and when I would pass it again it wouldn’t beep and when I would pass it over what I dug up it wouldn’t beep so it didn’t make sense why it beeped in the first place.

I’m disappointed , it doesn’t work at the beach in wet sand though it’s sold as water proofVery misleading. I have discovered it also doesn’t detect GOLD correctlyI would like to return asap and research for a better qualitySincerely, Tammy

I bought this PANCKY metal detector for beach outings, and it's been a game-changer. The intuitive LCD display and different modes make it super easy to detect targets effectively. Plus, the adjustable length and lightweight design are comfortable for long hours of hunting. The waterproof coil is a bonus for searching in shallow water. The only downside is the control box not being waterproof, so I have to be cautious. Overall, great value for the quality!

Loving that it’s water proof so I will be able to get really close to the ocean ! The fact that there’s a clear screen is amazing !
