CHARM Mens Summer Linen Beanie - Slouchy Lightweight Knit Hat Slouch Cap Casualbox

I have purchased a few Charm hats now. They are cute, stylish, and made of quality natural materials. In my personal quest to minimize plastic use, I appreciate linen and cotton options. I also like that they have summer-weight materials. They tend to run large, which I prefer - this allows for larger heads, thicker hair, or just a preference for not having your hair mashed down from wearing a hat. The slouchy style allows for adjusting the fit. The colors are also pretty - not too bright or too pastel. They wash well (in a lingerie bag) and come in a lot of materials and styles. They are more expensive than other brands, but for me, the cute style varieties, fit, and natural materials make it worth it.

As a fan of linen, one knows how breathable and comfortable it can be to wear, from pants to shirts.As a true summer beanie, Charm did make a lightweight beanie that streches nicely to fit around your melon to keep the wind out of your hair; rain however can spoil all of that.The trade-off of course is that linen breathes exceptionally well, which means it's about as good as an umbrella with holes when it comes to rainfall.The lighter color helps absorb sunlight and keeping it off your scalp, while not getting hot.If there's any complaint, there's not enough slack on the top to truly "flop" like a classic beanie style, and will require a minute in the mirror to get that ideal look laying on your head.On larger heads it can look more like a bandana than a slouch hat, so bear that in mind. This reviewer has an 8" 1/4 size, and it doesn't look nearly as good as I'd hoped. Smaller heads will get that slouch far easier.Regardess, extremely comfy for light summer air, and won't make your head hot when the sun comes down on it.

it's a well made beanie..the material is a little thin yet stronger than it looks, nice loose comfortable fit wear anytime of the day.

In the photo it shows the color as being black with white/gray accents in the fabric. The product I got is pure black. Also, the metal "tag" sewn onto the hem of the hat, in the photo, looks to be well made with, somewhat, rounded corners and also slightly curved. And it appears to be a nice, "gun metal gray", color. The actual tag is almost black in color and it just appears to be a very simple rectangle, stamped out of a piece of sheet metal.Also, the seam of the hat is beginning to come apart, and the metal "tag" is beginning to come unsewn from the "hem" of the hat.

Description says 22-23" head for best fit... I'm 22.5" and it fits like elephant skin. Maybe I need to wash it or something first, but fresh out of the bag it is way too loose. That said the weight and softness of the fabric feels great.

Light weight for summer. Washed and air dries nicely. Generous sizing fits giftee’s large head. Looks ‘fashion forward’
