Extremely Effective And Inconspicuous
This is a great product for anyone needing moderate protection where they are inconspicuous to the wearer, so comfortable you forget you have them on, and they absorb well. Another feature that I find important, some materials wick the urine right out of you so there is more leakagethan is naturally occurring. I find the Tena are virtually the opposite, they seem to minimize the leakage due to the wicking process so you may find that you leak even less. The individual wrapping is great to permit keeping some handy when you are out and about. I thought that non-disposable underwear would be the best solution but once you try the Tena Guards you realize these are another solution to at least compliment whatever your needs are.

Comfortable
After Prostate cancer surgery it was tough finding comfortable guards for my husband. I bought several different brands until I bought the Tenas. He told me to stop looking as this brand did the trick. Soft to the skin and very absorbent. At the time they were less expensive as well but not many stores carry them. I bought them online from both Amazon and Walmart.

Fit very well but not very thick and absorbant
I have been using these for over 5 years and in the past few years they are just not very thick and absorbant. But they are still the best thing on the market at the best price. Most brands are either thin for light leaks or super thick for heavy leaks. There is not much in between except for these and that why I like them but they could be a bit thicker.

Works very well
Works quite well and is easy to change out during the day. After prostate surgery (HOLEP) I used the briefs for a while but now I need a small bit of protection during the day to help with stress incontinence. These are the best I have tried and I have tried them all. The prices at Amazon are at least as good as the warehouse stores.

Between the two, one heck of a good urinary guard for men.
I have been using Tena Guards for about the past 5 years along with another brand I prefer to use in place of Tena when going out of the house.Tena guards are okay when staying home and relaxed. I don't use them when going out of the house because they don't protect from odor as wellas the other brand I use nor do they hold as much moisture.Tena does provide more comfort than the other brand and I like that Tena provides a wrap for each guard.

Best Pads On The Market!
The only brand I really like. Their v-shape makes all the difference in the world, and they are just better in absorbency than the other brands. They are a much better choice than the main "brand name" one out there, trust me.I had my prostrate removed nine months ago and have to use these things every day still, although I have been able to go down to the "moderate" level over the five-alarm most-absorbent level ones.If you just got your prostrate removed, OR ARE GOING TO, GET THESE NOW, ahead of time. You're going to need them. You will probably go through several a day at first, and surely one every night. It will taper off eventually, but that's just how it is. You'll get through it. Sure beats being dead.
