No... just no
I consider myself a professional when applying screen protectors. I've worked for sprint and applied over 500 screen protectors from zagg specifically. They used to have a 2 step process in the past which made it easy to apply but this... is this a joke? First the alignment tools are faulty for 2 reasons. 1 it applies the screen protector too high so there's a huge gap at the bottom with no coverage which means you have to free hand it if you want it symmetrical. 2 even if you did use it, the alignment tool stretches the material so tight you can't even use it because it it pulls the screen protector off. The other problem is it's so hard to peel the backing to expose the adhesive and you will almost 100% get dust under the screen protector because of the 1 step instalation. For them to charge this much and it be more difficult to I s then your 8 dollar screen protectors is just confusing. Why did they get rid of the easy installation and replace it with this? Stay well away from this. There are much better screen protectors for under 10 bucks on amazon

Most reviews aren't accurate. I blame user error.
So, before buying the product, I read a chunk of the reviews... bubbles, bubbles, hard to apply... thumb print reader doesnt work and more.....Even some guy saying he worked at Sprint and has applied thousands of screen protectors, but this one is impossible.I opened the box, looked at the instructions, did a dry run with the plastic still over the screen protector just to do a test run, and then the real deal. It came with a thing to set your phone in and align the screen protector (which I saw a review give a low rating because it didn't line up and they got bubbles, probably user error) and then used the tool to slowly work the screen protector on. Nailed it!! I started working from the top middle, outward towards the edge, and then I worked down the screen to avoid bubbles. This is the same one that I used for my old Galaxy S9+, which never came with the alignment accessory, but dang that made it really easy. Super easy to apply.Thumb reader works just fine, and I even have a liquid screen protector on my phone (only bought this because I cant tell if the liquid screen protector is legit or not. Don't think it was.. ).The only accurate review (which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5) was that you leave fingerprints all over the screen, so I find that I do have to clean the screen protector cause its covered in fingerprints.Overall, I just recommend reading the instructions, and do a test run before peeling the film off. The test run will help you verify that the screen protector actually lines up properly before application. And as long as you take your time applying the screen protector, you wont get air bubbles. The alignment accessory holds the screen protector up over your phone just enough so you can slowly and steadily apply the screen protector. Also, one review bashed it because its not actually glass. Well they are dumb because its a hybrid glass screen protector. So duh its not glass. It offers the protection of glass, but in a thinner, flexible material. Hence the name being labels "Hybrid."

Only 1 screen included, too easy to screw up
It only comes with 1 screen, which is extremely easy to screw up your first time. So now I threw away $50.Because I've had good experience with Zagg before, I ponied up at Best Buy and had them install it. But the fingerprint scanner doesn't work as well as before, even after re-registering my fingerprints. I get a lot of missed scans, sometimes it hardly works at all. There's also a little peeling in a corner and it keeps coming back no matter how many times I press it away.Unfortunately I can't recommend this protector, the biggest flaw is the fingerprint scanner. The S21 Ultra fingerprint scanner is awesome and way better than the S20+, but this screen protector makes it suck again.

Screen protector encourages confidence
I was looking for a screen protector for my new Samsung S21. This one had high ratings. I cannot verify the specific features claimed, for example, of the shock resistance of the glass formulation. However, the product and the installation accessories and instructions that came with it certainly made me feel very good about the protection I am getting. The product is very thin. It feels hard to resist shocks to it and forces impinging on it, but also slightly compliant suggesting it is not prone to shattering. It came with wet wipes and special cloths to clean the phone before installing. It also has a fixture that holds the screen in place precisely over your phone while you press it uniformly against the screen using first your finger and then a special squeegee-type device. The combination of thin and very precise and firm contact helps to let the screen show through and support the touch control and the ultrasonic fingerprint reader that need to work through it. This is not the cheapest, but it seems to live up to its claims.

Have a soft towel handy if you purchase this
The screen protector, protects the screen, but you have to clean it hourly because it picks up the slightest bit of oil. Due to the fingerprint scanner, ZAGG couldn't used Tempered Glass, so we are stuck with using this one. Just have a glass cleaner handy if you use this so that you can keep it clean.

No issues w fingerprint recognition
Preliminary review, as i have just unboxed and installed today, it seems great and no issues. As instructed, i removed the pre-installed screen protector and erased my stored fingerprint, prior to installing this one. Installation was fairly easy. i had to work thru a few bubbles but no major issues. Once installed, re-registered my fingerprints. As of now, no issues w the phone recognizing my fingerprints and the screen seems fairly well protected.

The one sent to me doesn't work
I got mine recently in the mail, and so I tried applying it today. I followed all instructions to a T and even made sure to double and triple check by watching installation videos...The screen protector will not come off the adhesive. Like, it will not stick to my phone at all. I cleaned in just like the instructions said, but it won't work. I would like a replacement to be sent because the one I received seems to be defective.

a trusted brand--maybe I got a lemon
It is already coming loose on the edges after less than a month so I will need to replace it.

DO NOT BUY!
The protector prevents the fingerprint reader from working. I cannot even register a fingerprint now; it keeps asking me to press harder and I am afraid I will break the screen. The fingerprint reader worked fine with the factory screen protector and, yes, I did remove the factory screen protector before applying this one. When I replaced this screen protector with a different (and much cheaper) brand, the fingerprint reader works again. The protector does not cover the complete screen, leaving a few mm at the bottom that creates an annoying ridge where you make gestures. Also, the bottom corners are starting to lift after only a few days. It was applied correctly, following both the video and written instructions and using the frame.

No instructions, bubbles on screen
There were no instructions with this product on how to install it, nor were there any videos on the retailer site for the 21 range. The 20 range instructional video was hard to follow, and when I tried to peel off the first protective layer over the cover, it ended up peeling the cover off the second coating instead. In hindsight, successful installation was not possible after this point. Needless to say that I ended up with bubbles under the cover that could not be removed, and I ended up having to remove the cover and return it.I am sure that this is a very nice cover if installation works, but the process to do so is a convoluted mess. Do not buy unless someone with practice is installing it for you.

BAD BAD QUALITY. NOT GLASS.
I am returning it. It's not even tempered glass. More like a thick plastic film, impossible to install. I followed all the steps and nothing. So expensive for nothing.
