Was introduced to this scrub on a cruise and fell in love with it INSTANTLY! I even paid cruise prices for it I loved it so. I would suggest that during the fall and winter months, you use once a week to exfoliate and moisturize your body. The best time to use? I suggest at the end of a long week to really embrace this fabulous aroma therapy scrub before bed. You will love the fragrance which is calming and not overpowering, and your skin will look and feel amazing. I'm so hooked on it that I have given one to three of my closest girlfriends and my two daughters for Christmas. I, and this wonderful body scrub got rave reviews. I think I'll order on subscription so that I am never looking at the bottom of an empty jar--LOL!!! Best body scrub EVER!!!!
