Great and relaxing brushes
My ASD child and my neurotypical child both love these brushes. They find them so relaxing and they love these color varieties. We put them in different areas so we always have at least one in reach.

The best sensory brushes
The brushes are soft and the bristles are flexible. I have a set in my nightstand and in my bag. Super easy to clean. Love the colors. Got them recently so not sure how long they will last.Your milage may vary but, I find these help me soothe my nervous system pretty well and quickly. I gave my kid a pair and he uses them differently: he puts it bristles side up and then runs his hand over it.

Son loves these!
My adult son has angelman syndrome. These brushes made him a limp, drooly noodle! :) He loves the sensation on his legs, arms, back, and especially his face!

Sensory input
I am an occupational therapist and work with children who have a variety of sensory needs. This is a particularly good tool for those who pick at their skin and fingers. It’s soft but effective.

Good option for reducing anxiety
This sensory brush was a suggestion from a therapist and is a great tool for my daughter to use when she is feeling anxious. By sweeping the brush positioned vertically, the bristles are more firm or abrasive than when used horizontally. The horizontal brushing is very soft and mild. Depending on the amount of pressure and required for your sensory needs, this brush may be too mild, especially for older users. However, if used on small children, it provides enough sensation without causing any harm to the skin. Other positives, this brush is small, lightweight, and comes in a bulk set, allowing for storage of the brushes in the car, purse, backpack, locker, home, or anywhere else needed.

Gentle & Soothing!
I bought these because I saw they seem to be popular in our special ed. classroom with the kids that have autism. The kids will gently move these on their cheeks and arms. My physical therapist also recommended such a thing to help heal nerves in my foot after a grade 3 ankle sprain. I may have found them too late to reverse the damage but then again they help. The bristles are not too hard nor too soft. We love these. The kids also enjoy sticking them together. I thought they were a bit pricey for what they are, but they are a popular play thing so I really can't complain. If they were a little less expensive I would buy more. Maybe I will eventually buy them again anyway. I recommend buying these as they are useful items for nerve retraining or soothing children of all ages with autism. Definitely worth it when trying to soothe an upset child with autism. If I hadn't seen them at school, I never would have purchased them.

Great for sensory issues
These are great for my daughter. She's six years old and has sensory issues. They soothe her when she runs them along her forearms.
