Great quality boards--Framing not necessary!
These are great for oil paintings, and if you paint over the sides they look great unframed as well. Framing is always an option, but not a necessity in this case. Great quality boards for a very reasonable price,

Lovely
Lovely birch panels. Great for plain air painting. Boards are extremely well-made and sturdy. Very little if no warping at all. Thickness is great. Wonderful size. Absolute perfect for what I needed it for!

Good quality panels
These panels are nice and smooth. They provide the perfect base for collage, paintings... mixed media works very well on these without a lot of special prep needed. I will be getting more of these.

Once a primer or gesso is applied, these are PERFECT for airbrushing. Better than canvass!
I do a lot of airbrushing and as anyone who uses acrylic paint on canvass or canvass board knows, liquid friskets just don't do the job! Paint still leaks underneath the frisket! HOWEVER, once I applied a primer to these boards, allowed the primer to dry overnight and then applied GESSO which I again allowed to dry overnight and then VERY LIGHTLY hand sanded with very fine sand paper and then applied the frisket and started airbrushing, the results were amazing! ZERO leakage with nice sharp lines where the airbrushed paint met the applied liquid frisket.Obviously these are more expensive than canvass or canvass boards but as my airbrushing artwork is increasing recently the extra cost is worth it.

Great!
Nice, useful for small art projects the wood was a little chipped though but no problem I just sanded it down, overall great product!

Lovely to work with
Smooth texture, accepted the acrylic paint pens beautifully. The color didn't affect my pictures. Very sturdy, transported nicely. I liked it better than canvas for all of the reasons I have already covered.

Great quality for the price
I use these as backing for tempered glass mosaics. They work very well.
