I bought the raspberry. Too tart for my taste as a snack, but they are beautifully dried, crispy & retain their shape & color perfectly. I decided to pop a few into my beverages as an infusion and found them delightful that way. They impart a delicate raspberry flavor, reconstitute quickly while they are floating around the top and, benefitting from their immersion in the beverage, are a nice little treat in the glass.

These are delicious! They are tart; fun to eat and are tasty. They leave a little pink raspberry residue on fingers.

Before purchasing the freeze dried raspberries, I was looking for dried fruit to eat as an after class snack.These did not meet my expectations.I was looking for more of a raspberry “chip” and these are more foamy, due to being freeze dried.I didn’t do any research on freeze dried fruit before purchasing these which I should have did.I believe when I purchased these I had a different idea of what they would be.Upon opening, I noticed it was well packaged. The bag of raspberries had a strong citric scent coming from inside. The bag was only about half full with fruit. It tasted instantly sour, then later sweet tones. They were actually not as bad as the other fruits I bought from this company.Overall, all negatives were mostly on myself for not doing research before purchasing. I would recommend these to be blended into something or used for mocktail/cocktail recipes.

These are delicious. They are somewhat tart, which is how I like my raspberries. The bag is full with unbroken berries, not too many crumbles in the bottom of the bag. I actually bought these to crumble & add to my melted 60% dark chocolate (Ghirardelli baking chips) to make chocolate candy. I have been adding craisins with nuts to the melted chocolate. The craisins have too high a sugar content. I drop the melted chocolate mixture in quarter sized pieces onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. I then place in the frig to harden. I then store the chocolate pieces in a bag in the frig because it won't re-harden at room temp after melting. This makes a much cheaper version & better tasting chocolate candy piece than store bought Dove. I can vary the add-in nut options, coconut pieces, dried fruit, etc. I also find that I won't sit & eat the entire bag as I know I will have to go to the trouble of making another batch. This keeps me from binge eating chocolate which is my weakness. I can't wait to add these to my next batch of chocolate candy, if I can keep from eating them before I make the candy!
