Comfortable
I like that the full seat cushion is just as or maybe more comfortable than the seat cushion. I believe it helps with my posture while seated overall. I was able to purchase at a reasonable price too through Amazon. Only time will tell as to how the cooling gel holds up in N. FL.

The gel pads aren’t worth it
This seat worked great in my car, but the gel area didn’t stay cool in the heat of the car at all, and actually got very hot, and, 3 months in, there is now a leak and the gel got all over my clothes.

Holds up well
Gives good support without flattening out. Probably best for a hard surface chair. Would not give much support on a soft cushion like a couch or a recliner.

This pillow help for sciatic pain but after that i continued use it in my car for driving and also gave one to my sister for the same and she loves it.

Great cushion! About 2 in thick and soft. I bought 3 times, and all hold up great for years.
Great cushion. I'm sitting on one now on my recliner. Great on folding chairs! These are really good in the car, but don't use them in summer because the gel will melt and get in your clothes. And I don't leave them outside In winter either because it's like sitting on an ice cube. Keep it inside until you're ready to drive, so it won't be too cold. I have 3. Great on long car trips.

If somehow they leaked.
It was a good product until somehow the jell portion started leaking. Not good for car seats or your clothes. I think I would recommend foam for cars instead. I was OK with jell seats until this happened.
