Bought these to convert some of the more usable figures into pilots for the 1/72 scale WW2 Airfix/Revell planes that I have taken to modelling. I got into it during lockdown as a distraction and seem to have just carried on. Quite Childish really !!These figures are not moulded with the same detail accuracy as I recall from my childhood days, and the plastic used seem much more soft and waxy, but they will do the job I guess. That waxy quality seems to make it more difficult for paint adhesion too, but it’s not a deal breaker.NOT AMAZING QUALITY…..BUT PERFECTLY ADEQUATE.

Great set of 1" figures, a bit fiddly to paint best to leave fixed to frame till painted but look great on my diorama's, worth the price.

The figures are not in a sitting down position
I had two RAF airfix planes for Christmas and as there was no crew for the aircraft I purchased the Luftwaffe ground crew and used them as polites and gunners in the planes but I had to cut off their legs to enable me to put them in the chairs. So I found them very useful and I do not why the planes came without crew but they did and I would not of had a crew for the models.
