This is a well-formulated supplement. The high 10,000mcg biotin potency, combined with zinc and selenium in vegan tablets, is impressive. I have noticed a positive difference in my hair's strength and nail growth after consistent use over several months. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the results, while present, were more gradual than I had anticipated based on some other reviews. It requires patience and consistent use to see the full benefits. However, it is a high-quality product that does work effectively over time. I would recommend it.

Magic pills
My hair had gone thin not only due to menopause but also hair extensions. I had so many bald patches that weren't growing back. Then a hairdresser over bleached my already weak hair and it snapped off at the root, I used every hair shampoo lots of biotin products... nothing worked, until I found this product. Please, when I tell you these pills work, I've been taking them 8 weeks, 2 every night before I go to sleep along with Vit B12 my hair and nails are growing. My bold patches are growing back, my nails have never grown this long without breaking, they are so strong. I'll never use any other product, this will be a forever thing. Along long as they keepthe price reasonable. Small tablets, easy to swallow. And I love you get 90 days worth. Highly recommended 👌🏼

A Trade-Off Between Cost and Quality
I've been giving Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ Supplement a try, lured in by its promise for healthier hair and its wallet-friendly price. Here's my take:Pros:- Affordability: It’s priced competitively, making it accessible for regular use without a hefty investment.- Packaging: The supplement is packaged in a small, sensible bag. This approach is commendable for its minimal environmental impact compared to traditional, oversized bottles or bags filled with excess air.- Optimal Biotin Form: The supplement includes D-Biotin, the most bioavailable and effective form of biotin for hair health. This is a significant positive, as it directly impacts the potential efficacy of the supplement.Cons:- Additives: Magnesium Stearate is primarily a flow agent in the manufacturing process, mainly used to speed up production and reduce costs as it prevents other ingredients from sticking to the mechanical equipment. It doesn't offer any nutritional benefits in fact, it's a formaldehyde-forming agent and it inhibits the immune response in cells. While it's found in a lot of supplements, its potential impact is something to be aware of.- A Questionable Selenium Source: The form of Selenium used is Sodium Selenite. It is an inorganic, synthetic source of selenium, has the lowest bioavailability and is potentially toxic. It can damage the liver and kidneys. Long-term exposure can damage the red blood cells and lead to anaemia. If you are lacking selenium in your diet look for a supplement that contains an organic form of selenium with high bioavailability such as selenomethionine. Conclusion:While Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ does offer a great form of biotin and zinc and is affordable with eco-friendly packaging, the presence of Magnesium stearate and Sodium selenite raises concerns. It's a reminder that sometimes, affordability comes with a compromise. If you're considering this supplement, weigh these factors according to your health priorities and needs.

Best hair in 30 years
Absolutely unbelievable results! Mom suffered with alopecia for many many years (Chernobyl) and nothing else worked. 6 months after starting this product... even at 1 tab per day instead of two, her bald patch is gone, hair is full and thick. Even her hairdresser couldn't believe it. I saw results for myself too, which was why I got her to try it, but I never would have believed it would make such a huge difference... Best head of hair she had in 30 years. THANK YOU!
