Excellent birthday gift

Good book with easy language and excellent visual graphics .

The epic told in manner that a child is likely to find attention grabbing, without deviating too much from the crux or loosing its way in translation as often unfortunately happens while describing a very differnt culture's way of life wrt Western culture, in the language of the west esp if the translator isn't very particular on staying true to the native context and takes the easy way out of describing things in Western metrics. Colorful pictures help a lot in conveying the point, my 6 yr old spends at least double the time taking in the scenes than reading the accompanying text.Wish more such works are available for children to appreciate our heritage and also in regional languages.

Very good book. Language is very good. Full of beautiful pictures. Very good for kids. Little costly.

This book is so nice my daughter like it she now full Ramayan

My 6.5 year old kid loved this book. Many a times he manages to read and understand and sometimes I need to read it for him. He loves the pictures and easily correlates with what is written.
