My Doctor suggested that I take these for heart health and other benefits and I've been taking them for a couple years now and during my cardiologist appointment this month he run me through all tests including an arteria gram and all my tests came back great. He said he doesn't know what I'm doing but to continue it and that my heart is in great shape for my age or for anybody's age and he took me off all my heart medication. I also take fish oil and Co Q 10 so the combination of the 3 keeps my heart in excellent shape.

Unbelievably Healthy
Look up the benefits to quercetin alone its astounding. VERY POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT. Tons of research on all of these supps all great for the body especially in this day and age. Supposed to protect and heal the body from MSG neurotoxicity for example and MSG is in EVERYTHING. Thats one of hundreds of benefits cant recommend highly enough I tell my friends and family about this one.
