Tuner SCT X4 Power Flash Performance Programmer Compatible with Ford (7015)

My device came equipped out of the box to plug and tune my 06 Lincoln Town Car. 93 octane. No updates required on my device. My car has K&N drop in filter, throttle body spacer. With the tune I felt better throttle response as well as shifting. The device I keep constantly plugged in to monitor fuel trims on bank 1 and 2 aswell as other things.Biggest problem would be the customer service, before I purchased I asked a couple questions and the response was "read the website " lol.However actual device recieved 5 stars from me. I would say I gained about 15 horsepower.

Worked great in my 2004 F150 5.4. Major improvement in throttle response! Easy to use.

The current iteration of the sct x4 is very limited due to the CAA. But with a stock vehicle it did in fact help my car have a little more power. Maybe around 10HP (if I'm being generous) and did make my idle smoother and reving more fun. I have not done a proper pull yet but I will update this further down when I do.KEY DETAILS:-CANNOT REMOVE 02 or EGR due to SCT following state regulations and being a Clean Air Act member-Custom Tunes from SCT are limited to road legal presets-3rd Party Tunes are not limited-SCT claims HP gains but I suspect gains on a DYNO not street tunes.-Preset tunes are to get the car running so they are exaggerated by 10-20% so your car will run more rich or feel like its in safe mode if not properly adjusted.I will update everything when I get the product.

Received it as advertised. However, the reason for the 3 stars is because when inspecting the original box the SCT came in, it was obvious the box has been opened as one of the seals were broken and the box showed significant signs of use. The crease where the box opens up is completely shredded like you would see with constant opening and closing. Product works like new but that was pretty concerning to me.

This added enough power to my mustang with a BBC CAI to make a noticeable difference. Incredible options to tune your cars such as spark timing, rev limiting, and many more! would recommend!

Cannot use if you do not have emissions such as catalytic converter EGR valve rear O2 sensors And nobody will send you a remote tune unless you have Emissions on everything so really I just wasted $400 on this product and they do not tell you that before you buy it so beware if you live in a county with no emissions this is not the product for you it seems kind of shady on their part and not good business ethics to not add the fact that they will not tune in your car when they return or if you don’t have omissions they should be upfront about that and they tell you or should tell you that they’re not allowed to and they will not do it so be careful when you buy this because nobody will tune your car without omissions through one of these companies but if you have all your omissions I’m sure it will be fine
