True color foundation does it make my face oily or dry?
I love this brand. It’s the next thing close to using Mac make up, but with less cost.

I’ve been using this foundation since it came out 3 or so years ago. I love this foundation. I see reviews saying it’s not moisturizing, but it’s a matte foundation it’s not meant to be moisturizing for you if you have dry skin. It’s meant for oily skin. I also love this foundation because it’s hard to find makeup in my shade. I was buying it from Ulta but the store where I live doesn’t put the darker shades on display anymore😒. They only put a few up the rest are the lighter shades. They used to display ALL the shades. That is why I had to get it from Amazon. It’s cheaper to get it here than Ulta anyway! I see reviews saying their foundation didn’t come with a cap, but mine had one and it looks clean and never been used.
