These have been really effective for cutting down my hot flashes. I take 2-3 per day. No side effects so far as I can tell.

I have used this product on and off for a while now. It is a great product and has been very beneficial. I wanted to write a review because this product was packaged so well and that does not always happen, but in this case, each bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in another bag and sealed tightly so that the bottles which are glass arrived in perfect condition! The media could not be loaded. I have used this product for years. I buy 2 or more bottles at a time. When I opened this time this piece of glass came out with vitamins. There are no cracks on outside so this came from inside.

I wanted to go the natural route &hwve tried many other brands. I always come back to this!!!I took full strength in the beginning & then backed off to only 2 per day. For me, for now, that’s enough to keep my symptoms in check!I was experiencing AWFUL hot flashes & constant nighttime sweats & waking. Not with these!!I do also take DIM, so I’m certain it’s the combination doing the work but still, it works!!!

Has reduced my hot flashes greatly! I was having awful ones, pouring sweat, every 30-40 mins, all day and night. I was miserable. Found this at a health store and it helped right away. I noticed more time in between flashes, and the severity started easing up. After 1 month, I am now only feeling warm, about 1 0r 2 times an hour, it only last a minute and no longer producing sweat. I am sleeping better too. I take this with one evening prim rose. I take 2 ecoPause in the am and 2 at bedtime. I highly recommend trying this all natural product before hormones.

by taking two right before bedtime, I went 8 hours without flushing (hots sweats, and night sweats)

With consistent use.. these have greatly improved my life. My heat flashes happen on occasion now compared to several times a day. I take 2 pulls at bedtime.
