The light flavor of this champagne vinegar is perfect for making homemade salad dressings. I also love it to use on summer tomato slices, and mild fish. I will always keep this on hand!

I use it for everything, it has very mellow subtle taste, very sophisticated, regular vinegars can be very sour and easy to overdo, but this one is not like that. Even if you accidentally use too much, it’s not going to be too sour. Will purchase again

I didn't even open it. I can't comment on the taste. But I scoured the sales page. I searched the reviews looking to see if it contained sulfites, and I found no indication from the seller, nothing in the comments or reviews, so I bought it. As soon as it arrived, I checked the bottle label, and there it was: CONTAINS SULFITES. I am sensitive to sulfites, as are many people, so I am writing as a caution to those of you who are. Because this product also is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND. Now there's something here to save you the frustration, disappointment, and twelve bucks.
