Motion detection not working. We have reset multiple times without success. Any suggestions?

Return them. I bought 2 and only 1 worked right. Replacement was ok.

GE Motion Sensor: Will this bulb function when mounted horizontally on a porch ceiling, in a fixture that has a thin plastic cover?

I’m not sure,I do know that you can buy an extension for light bulbs that screw into fixture then put bulb in and it allows the tip to be exposed so it will sensor and turn on. Extension you can buy on Amazon.

Says 75 watt but is it only 11 watt?

The 11 watt refers to the actual power usage. The 75 watt refers to the brightness equivalent of a 75 watt incandescent bulb. Lumens emitted is a more accurate way to describe the light output
