A: No. Even if it did you wouldn't have much fun pumping up a bike tire with a shock pump. It would take forever.

Once I threaded it all the way it worked PERFECTLY! Takes a little elbow grease but not bad at all. The air bleeder allowed me to dial in the perfect amount of pressure since the gauge is very accurate.
