I have a Fuji sportif 1.3 which would be the best Brooks seat for this bike frame

The best Saddle is the one that you feel the most comfortable with, this being said you have to ask yourself what usage you will be giving to this Fuji, recreational? Fitness ? Long Rides ?? I chose the Swift because is in between a recreational ride as well as racing or if you prefer a century or double century. Antonio , San Diego, CA.

What does the description mean by "blend?" Some Brook Saddles say 100% leather and have a 10 year warranty

I have read the description and do not see the word blend. I can tell you it is a single piece of leather with rivets to hold it to the chrome,/ or titanium rails. It is my favorite seat. I have three

How does this saddle handle water/rain?

just fine. I keep. it outside very good saddle

Is proofide and tensioning key included?

I think it varies -- I purchased the Swift Titanium and I did get Proofide. The tensioning key was also there, I believe - I say it like that because it is not the typical Brooks wrench, it is just an allen wrench for this seat. The Proofide I got was a small tin, not the normal size you would get if you purchased it separately.
