How many inches is the smaller end of the funnel?

Inner diameter is approx. 2 1/4 inch and outer diameter is 3 1/2 inch

According to their website site it's PP (polypropylene) plastic. According to the internet PP is BPA free. I don't know why they didn't just label it as such.

Will this fit on a quart size mason jar?

the grabber will not grab a wide mouth mason jar from the side of the jar. it will grab it from the top, but i was looking for a grabber to grab from the side.

Will this work to can with Weck jars?

If Weck Jars are regular or wide mouth size jars then this will work.
