Flexi-Grip Hand, Finger, & Forearm Exerciser - Red

This exerciser is great for people with both RA and OA. I used one of these in occupational therapy. So, I bought one for myself to continue what I learned in OT. They're available in different strengths so be careful not to get one to hard to use. There are 2 brief and easy exercises included on the packaging. It's very well made and should last forever as long as you keep it away from kids and pets:)

I would recommend this product. It is soft and flexible and gives your hand and forearm muscles a break from working on computers and devices. I have found some relief from muscle and joint pain using this to exercise my hands and arms as I am on a computer or other device most of the day.

I really like this device. It is exactly the same as the one my physical therapist uses, and this way I can continue my treatment at home between sessions. I am making progress, in part due to this product I would buy it again!

This is a very good hand excersizer, I was diagnosed with a non impact spinal cord injury known as transverse myelitis it has weaker my left hand to maybe 2 percent function and right hand like 50% and with this little gel resister and work it's strengthening

I guess Santa came early for me because he gave me Tendinitis and Arthritis in all my fingers, so before I get worse, I figured let me try and help myself.I just ordered a green one from this store. Fast delivery and a good product to strenghten my grip.

Provides finger exercise both in compression (around the ball shape) and in extension (when spreading fingers apart). Grip/compression force is less than most dedicated hand grip exercisers, but as a dual-purpose device it's excellent and ideal for exercising arthritic joints.

For this providing the strongest resistance of the three colors available it fails miserably. It is almost as "squishy" or one of those little slime hands one gets out of the .25¢ novelty machines, so as for providing "resistance..." well, if you're a 90-year old grandma, perhaps you would think it is resistant, but if you've any forearm or hand strength at all, it's absolutely useless!!
