The handlebar is bent at a 90° angle. There is no swivel action to lower the handbar. Down to the waist level or any other level, it is fixed in position to the burnisher. Itself.

we have had many of these over the years. they are well made but very heavy. The handle is removable making it easy to transport

Unpacked the buffer to find that it had been damaged. It had dents in the top that were just as aesthetically annoying. It functions great. Emailed the manufacturer with this information and they failed to respond at all!!

Really needed this item; however, it arrived in damaged box and damaged product. From the looks of things, it took multiple damage.
