Best Price and OEM Mercedes Replacement A/C Compressor for Mercedes ML 350 W163 Denso 471-1474 . Made in Japan (ship/sold by Amazon as of 2022 December).This is 45 minutes job from start to finish and very easy once you removed radiator and condenser. If you want the best A/C Compressor for your w163 MLs you should replace with OEM Denso 471-1474. Same part from Mercedes Made in Germany but this replacement is Made in Japan. This is a direct replacement and A/C PAG oil already added in the system. If you want you can drain the oil and refill with fresh PAG 46 Oil. W163 MLs required total 170ml PAG 46 in the whole A/C system including (lines, drier, compressor).Denso 471-1474 Included 2 screws for high & low A/C lines. Didn't include any green A/C System O-Rings/Gaskets. You must buy Green A/C gaskets.We have 2 MLs original Denso & Valeo A/C system lasted over 20 years. No issues. You must replace Receiver/drier and it is mandatory replacement part once you opened A/C system or replaced any part.Add 10ml or 0.33oz of PAG 46 Oil when installing Receiver/drier. Also add a little PAG oil on O-Rings Gaskets during install so you won't damage the seal.All MLs are 20 yrs old now and consider swapping all A/C components if you have random A/C cooling system issue. A/C compressor, A/C pressure sensor, water pump, tensioner, pulley, belt, drier receiver, and A/C condenser, Cabin Air filter. Evac A/C system, vacuum test and recharge the system for fresh cool air.

It's just awesome to find oem replacement parts for this good of a price.The compressor is not hard to swap.Make sure you replace the receiver dryer as well, for continued protection.The compressor comes with oil in it. They say to measure the amount of oil in your old compressor leave only that much in the new compressor. In my case, the old compressor seized and leaked it's oil out. So I left all the oil in. In general, most of the oil is in the compressor anyways. Too much oil will not hard anything, maybe reduce cooling a bit, too little will kill the compressor.At the time i did the compressor I also did the expansion valve since the system was open. This way the system will work like new.I also pulled vacuum down to 750 microns and refilled the system. Works like new.

Blowing cold. But there wasn't any oil I'm the compressor as advertised which is perplexing because it's a Denso OEM product in a Denso OEM box and if the part had come from Denso directly it would have had it.
