It’s a nice set and I’m glad I got it.Comfortable with or without cushions.

I was surprised at how well this was packaged. It took almost as long to unpack it as it did to assemble. Everything is quality even the stainless hardware. Fits together quite easily and looks like it will last a long time. Heavy enough to withstand weather but light enough to move around with ease. I ordered two more chairs for the almost 4 foot diameter table. DISCLOSURE: I'm almost eighty, arthritic, with severe coronary artery disease, a pacemaker and I recently had a heart valve replacement. I still found the instructions adequate and the assembly easy. Highly recommend this product. I'll update this review down the line if need be.

The table is beautiful and extremely solid. I'm unsure of the durability of the chairs, since there is some side-to-side flex when you're sitting in them, some of the legs appear to be bent inwards, and the feet are pretty lightweight plastic pieces, but time will tell. Overall still good value for the money.

Fantastic! Have had this since March 2017 and delayed review until it had a year's worth of 'wear' on it. The finish has held up beautifully. The finish is easy to care for (just rinse with hose), no sign of chipping, fading or rust. We live in the Piedmont region of NC (winter down to 10ish with 10 or so inches of snow over the entire winter and up to 95ish in the thunderstormy humid summer). Very comfortable...my wife is 5'3" and I am 6'. The chairs are well designed. We still cannot get over how comfortable the chairs are with extended sitting without cushions. No fatigue to the derriere. The arms on the chairs are wide enough to lean on without pain. I put it together by myself except for putting the top on in which my wife assisted. We have no fear of the durability. No sign whatsoever of wear or weakening. Superb quality. It is light enough to move about without problems yet it is sturdy enough to last a long time. We have truly enjoyed it every time we have used it. I do daydream at work...sitting on the patio, having a pint and watching the dog run in the backyard. We are looking forward to years of service and enjoyment. My wife just came while I was writing this review and says 'amazing' and 'awesome' and 'I can sit outside all day and I have'. :) Great product.

When the box arrived I sighed when I saw that it was made in China. The bad instructions, the missing parts, the pieces that don’t fit, the flimsy material… there goes the rest of my day. But I was pleasantly surprised to find outstanding packaging, precision engineering and well thought out instructions. It even had extra chair feet to compensate for eventual wear. And this set is rugged, no wobbly chairs here.I withheld my review because one piece had an issue where the finish didn’t cover a small area. I called the seller and they sent a new piece right away, no questions asked, no return required. I’m not going to penalize for excellent customer service.I will advise using pliers to remove the plastic protectors on the screws. Just grab and twist. You will hear a faint snap then the plastic pulls right off by hand.

We are very pleased with our Covington Outdoor Cast Aluminum Dining Set. It arrived in three boxes, two containing two chairs each, and one containing the 48 inch round table. Each was carefully packaged, with styrofoam edge pieces, and each piece individually bubble wrapped. The pieces for each chair were tied together, with heavy paper separators between layers. The bolt ends were covered with plastic tubing to keep from marring other pieces during shipment. Assembly is not difficult, but when done with care, takes about 30 min per item. The key to assembly is to bolt the pieces together loosely, then stand the item up and tighten all nuts. This makes the pre-cast pieces fit together well. The items can be adjusted to sit without rocking on uneven decks by adjusting the already inserted screw feet. The wrought iron look makes each piece appear heavier than it actually is. The “hammered bronze” color appears black from a distance. Up close, there is a copper color around each simulated “peen.”Having owned several patio sets that rusted or had cushions that mildewed, we wanted a set that is comfortable to sit in without cushions and that is weather durable. The Covington Cast Aluminum Set seems to fill the bill.

There is nothing I disliked about this Patio Furniture Set. The packing was excellent. Everything in its place and wrapped individually within the box.The set looks beautiful and is strong, sturdy and solid. It's easy to put together and it brought extra bolts, washers, nuts, rubber caps to put over the bolts on the back of the chairs and rubber leg cushions for the chairs.You may need cushions if the natural cushion the Lord gave you is lacking.My hat is off to the Chinese for the excellent work they did.

Table and chairs are good quality. The instructions are well written making it easy to put together. All hardware was included with a few extra pieces. A wrench is included in each box, but I found it much easier to use a socket wrench with a 14 mm socket when assembling. Very satisfied with the 5 piece set.
