This product makes thinning hair seem a lot less so. I actually can get some volume. Lightweight and effective.

I wish I could give this tonic 10 stars. I’m in the process of ordering my second bottle. When I first preached, I wasn’t too sure of what to expect; however this product’s ability to make hair appear fuller is long lasting and essentially lives up to what it promotes. I wholeheartedly recommend this Aveda product. It’s lightweight, not greasy and Carrie’s a pleasant scent. Besides Aveda has been a trusted brand for hair products for as far back as I can remember. My only gripe is that I can’t ever get a bigger size bottle because they’re always sold out. This is understandable though. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this awesome tonic and stand firmly by my review.

I found this recommended as an alternative to discontinued Label M Thickening Tonic and initially I was really disappointed, it made my hair very soft and looking even finer than it is but somehow it started working for me when I gave it another chance. I gave it a good shake as it seemed there was a sediment and I am not applying it to freshly towel dried hair but about five minutes later which helps the hair not dry in the “flat state”. Smells quite nice and isn't too difficult to wash from hands.
