Although it isn't one of those Heavy Duty Thick box cutters .. Don't let that fool you this thing cuts anything and everything ... You don't even have to put pressure on it. .. and cutting a package open is so easy .. never had anything like this before ... And the fact that it comes with refills is amazing.. Even though I have yet to use one . The blades last forever ... It's also awesome because you don't have to use any pliers to break the dull blade off because of the little slit on the handle ... Just get this thing you wont regret it .. PROMISE

Sturdier than expected, very easy to switch the blade, very sharp. Haven't had to change the blade yet. It'll get small dents but even though it's ceramic and very thin, it cut through thick zip ties. Use it to cut boxes every work day for about 2 months now.

I got this handy tool 6 months ago. There were even fewer reviews back then than now, so it was a bit of a blind purchase. I pulled the trigger on it solely for 2 reasons: the cute color and that it uses a ceramic blade. After 6 months, this tool is still going strong and is as sharp as ever. I haven’t needed to switch out the blade. I’ve been using it frequently for lighter tasks like cutting open envelopes and opening delivery boxes/shipments. It cuts through paper and tape EASILY, but needs more pressure applied on tougher materials like cardboard and rope. While it has worked and held up well over the months, it does have an annoying drawback. The blade in this tool isn’t tightly set in the casing; it wobbles a bit when you move/use the blade. I kinda wish I went for another box cutter since many of the ones on the market are bulkier and look more durable, but at the same time, many of those also come with metal blades. Overall, I’m still pretty satisfied with the purchase. I’d recommend this product for light tasks in everyday life.
