Great Embroidery Machine
I have owned a single needle embroidery for over 8 years. I finally upgraded to a 7 needle embroidery machine and I love it. This is my first Janome product, but it is very easy to learn how to use. The instruction booklet is small and does not help with everything, but there are plenty of YouTube videos out there that will answer any question you may encounter. I am thinking about ordering another one for my business, I will order it from Amazon because of the fast, free shipping. It comes from the vendor, just sold through Amazon.

This is a terrible machine and not one I would recommend, especially to a beginner.
This is a terrible machine and I would not recommend it to anyone. It's cheap... and that's what you get... cheap. Thread is a major issue and the machine has tension issues. I spend more time adjusting and fixing thread issues and have wasted so much thread, time, and fabric just trying to get it to produce a smooth product. It does not have automatic threading, embroidery space is extremely limited, and the threading the bobbin is a pain. If I had it to do over, I would have never bought the Janome MB7...

Excellent product.
This machine is exactly what we needed in our Tailor shop. Beautiful, clean stitch that provides high end appearance.

DO NOT BUY
I have had my MB7 for a year and 1/2. It is broken more than working. It has been in a certified janome repairshop 6 times and sent off to NJ (janome US headquarters) 3 times. I have not been able to complete a design in 8 months. The needle keeps moving out of position.Customer support is crap, Janome never answers phone or returns phone calls.
