don't waste your money. I should have listened to the other reviews but didn't think it could be THAT bad. it is, and worse. this thing is such crap it's literally unusable. it doesn't work at all how it should, it is NOT a PMD dupe or close to it (I've had both), and it's so cheaply made I'm shocked it actually turned on. vibration is non-existent and certainly not enough for any meaningful cleansing to happen, the bristle head is so hard and scratchy and not soft silicone, and if you hold the base and attempt to use it by rubbing it on your face it will go limp like a wet noodle bc there is no support in the neck. absolute trash, returning it.

The look and feel is 100% what I wanted. The silicon is soft and well designed. The multiple settings are also a great feature for varying levels of face sensitive. I'm overall surprised how much I like it and instantly wanted to buy a second one for my Mom.

The vibrating massage feels wonderful. Like you’re at a spa.I haven’t used it yet to cleanse. I’m sure it doesn’t disappoint.

Could not get the battery compartment open to save my life. It’s completely closed-off, therefore I couldn’t use this item.

The media could not be loaded.  Y’all this thing is so good. It really gets the gunk out of your face without stripping so skin! I would 10/10 recommend.

I'm sort of middle-of-the-road on this Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush. I mean it works, it cleanses and exfoliates my skin and the fact that it is silicone means it is soft, not harsh on my face, but overall, I'm just not thrilled with it.Here are my thoughts:First of all, removing the battery cover (requires one AA battery, not included) at the base of the unit isn't as easy as the instructions on the box would indicate. By the way, the only instructions for this device are found on the box so don't toss it until you've read it and are confident you'll remember which direction to twist the cover! (Left to remove)I like the idea of the cleansing brush being silicone instead of a bristle-type brush, but I don't like the way it vibrates and, to be honest, I find it annoying. Also, the head is too flexible, almost like a bobblehead, which I also find weird.However, it is an effective exfoliator, it doesn't irritate my face (i have sensitive skin) and perhaps the vibration and pulses is a matter of taste.Here is how I rate it:Exfoliator and use with sensitive skin - 5 starsVibration - zero stars
