To figure out whether collagen works, I used this product for over 2 years. I've been on it, off it, and upped and reduced my pill intake from 1 to 3 for several months at a time. I know that after taking the full dose for 3-6 months, my hair and nails grow considerably faster and look somewhat healthier. As for less pain, can't confirm one way or another. The only time joint pain improves is when I stop consuming sugar.

Good product

This is a mix of types of collagen from animal protein, the capsule isn't too large to swallow, the dosages are sufficient according to info I found on the internet on hair loss, and SOMETHING has been helping with my hair loss. Am also taking some other supplements now for the same thing. Am glad I found them. The different ones I found from other companies are not in any way uniform as to what you are getting. The price is good, too.

I was losing lots of hair from my ulcerative colitis, started taking these and now my hair loss is back to normal.

Very strong after taste when taken.

Not sure why Amazon wants me to rate the pain relief or the taste on these as that's completely non applicable, but these supplements are doing wonders for my hair, which started falling out in wads after menopause. Now, I only lose a few strands when I comb my hair in the shower. The price is great too!
