Healthy, tasty, low price. These r great gor thickening bolognese, curries etc. Whether you add meat or not. I love making a chilli including these with lots of veg, tinned tomatoes , beans etc without meat. With spices etc you can stretch a cosy comforting meal on a budget in these hard times.
