This was really good quality. It has 6 heads of needles, charger and the pen. I've used these before so it was normal for me to adjust for it but for first time users I would recommend putting it at a lower speed that's comfortable for you. I mainly use this on my scalp but if you use different clean heads you can also derma pen your face for fine lines.
