I got this because I don't eat the best and wanted to make sure I was getting all my minerals for the day.The one thing I do well is drinking water. We should be drinking half our body weight in ounces of water each day. That's about 90oz for me.For those comments saying the taste is awful, you aren't mixing it properly. You want to put 40 drops in all the water you're going to have for the day total. If you're only drinking 20 Oz at a time then 10 drops is all you need. You won't be able to taste it.Since this product doesn't contain sodium I also add a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for the sodium and 92 other minerals it has in it.

I almost didn't buy this product because so many people said it tastes bad. But I gave it a chance. I've started using this product for the past two days and find no problem with the taste. I THINK I KNOW WHY! The directions say, "Take1/2 teaspoon (40 drops) daily with water, or as recommended...." Since I try to drink 4 one-pint bottles of water per day, I put 10 drops in each bottle of water, for a total of 40. I couldn't taste the difference any more than I sometimes taste a difference between water in my town and water in a different city with a different water source. Here's what I think the problem is: If people interpret "40 drops daily, with water," to mean they should take the whole 40 drops in a glass of water, the way you take an aspirin, they'd be tasting 8 times the amount of minerals that they'd get if they spread it out over their daily water consumption. Anyone who wants to buy this product should consider this when evaluating the "bad taste" reviews. I'm glad I decided to buy it and decide for myself!

Good product. Seems to work. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the dreadful taste. Mix it with something strong to cover the taste up.

I have tried other trace minerals and keep coming back to this one. Others have flavorings and sweeteners. This is just trace minerals. I mix it with juice as it has a strong taste. Mixing with juice is the best way to take them. Great quality. I can feel the difference when I take them. Would recommend.

Although this product my be of good quality, the taste is awful. I can usually adjust to a supplement that has an off putting taste but not with this one. I have to put it in a strong juice to tolerate it. I’ll use what I have but will find an alternative for my next purchase.

Our food doesn’t have enough minerals , vitamins and nutrients so this is a great way to get the minerals you need to feel better and have more energy. Taste doesn’t linger and good mixed with anything.

I have a reverse osmosis water filter and was looking for a way to get beneficial minerals back into my water. I add 1/4 tsp of the Trace Minerals into a 40 oz. water bottle. It seems to do the trick and there is zero bad taste. For experimental purposes, I added the entire recommended 1/2 tsp to one 8-12 oz glass of water. At this concentration I did notice a change in the flavor of the water but I wouldn’t characterize it as bad… just more mineral-ey. If you grew up drinking water from a hose like me it’s no big deal. If you prefer no flavor to your water then mix at a weaker concentration.

I won’t buy a product that arrives to me clearly and badly damaged and can’t be refunded or replaced. These minerals at too expensive to just dump down a sink. The bottle is punctured and leaking.
