Disclaimer: I was provided this product from OIVO to review. This charging dock is a decent one - especially if you've got a black and white setup similar to your PS5. The piece blends in nicely with similar colors, and does a pretty good job charging your controller. It's easy to set up, as you can just plug it into the front or back of your PS5. If it isn't by your console, you can still plug it into any other USB port. From there, simply dock your controller into the kit and it will start charging. You can tell it's charging because the dock will light up in the relevant spot number. I do have two slight complaints. One is that the build quality feels a little cheap, but it's not an expensive device so that should be expected. Also, it takes a little long to charge. That's fine if you charge overnight, but if you play a lot during the day - as I have to for work - I find the charge doesn't hold well even after a few hours. At that point, the convenience isn't worth the result. If you don't play a ton and just need to top off your controllers every day, this is the product for you. However, if you play a lot, you might want to look into another charging solution.

Works very very well I purchased 2 one for each of my boys and both have had zero issues. The price and quality beat any GameStop or Walmart options. Definitely buy this my boys are very happy!

I mean, where do I even begin? Oivo Games has really put some love into this charging station when they designed it, I promise you. So I guess to start off, we got the design: I mean look at this thing, it kind of looks like the official Charging Station but not really, just a lot nicer, more sleek in the design, especially when it has these really cool Blue LED lights on the front, that indicate which controller is currently charging and which is fully charged by turning Red or Blue, it even has this really smooth Blue LED strip running down on the inside It even matches up with the PS5 perfectly, and with the lights being blue, makes it stand out and compliments the actual blue LED’s on the PS5, that is a very nice touch. What's also really cool is that when you put your controller down to charge there's a pulsing blue light that comes on while it's charging and of course goes off once it's fully charged Also, What’s really interesting is that in the back there's a USB-Type C port, which comes with two different kinds of cables one is a USB-Type C to USB-Type C and another one which has a double headed regular usb, and also a On/off switch in case you're not using it. (But come on, we’re probably gonna keep it on anyway, I mean look at it, I know I am 😂) Now the time that it takes to fully charge your controllers is within 2 hours and it also has Fast Charging, which to me is really impressive. But let’s be honest, we’re spending maybe what 7 or more hours gaming, so we’re not really going to pay attention. But it is really good to know that your controller will be set and ready to go for another round of gaming, when the other controller runs out of juice. Now what I also found out is that this is an Upgraded version of another product of theirs, it even has something called Intelligent Protection, in regular terms it just means it won’t over-charge, over-heat or short-circuit, making sure it will last for a good while. Now you would think that something like this would sell at probably the same price as the Sony’s PS5 Charging Station or may be higher, NOPE! Right now, it’s selling on Amazon for only $19.99, cheaper than the official and looks heck of a lot nicer if you ask me. Now, I want to give a Huge Shout Out to Oivo Games for sending this out to me and allowing me this opportunity to test and review this product for you guys. They literally have everything you need from chargers to grips and carrying cases for your Nintendo Switch, they support every console, even the older gen consoles. Gute Ladestation mit Anzeige für die PS5 Controller. Ich habe die Ladestation direkt neben meiner PS5 und lade die Controller über den USB C Anschluss an der Front. Durch die Anzeige wird einem angezeigt wann beide Controller dann voll aufgeladen sind. Kleiner Wermutstropfen es wird nur angezeigt ob der Controller leer oder voll aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Für den Preis eine gute Ladestation.

I picked this charging dock as it's appearance fits quite well with my Ps5 and upon putting them both together I am very happy. Controllers slide in quite easily after you have determined the correct angle for landing. There is an ON/OFF switch at the back if your controllers are fully charged and you wish to switch off. Controller charges fully in 1 hour and the provided cord plugs into the back of the PS5 unit. The blue hue in the evening is pleasant also. I highly recommend this product as the sweet spot for standalone PS5 charging docks.
