The box already was opened before and parts missing

The item came with a faulty piece that we are unable to assemble, unfortunately we travelled and took it with us in its box without opening it and we opened it while we’re travelling we found it faulty as we watched many assembly videos and we found that we received a faulty item

The product is generally good but it is a shame that i get a product that was used before! I mean i get spray out even though i didnt put the liquid yet!!!

Je suis super contente de cet achat, le balai est très pratique comparé au même type d'article chez Swiffer ! Celui-ci ne requiert pas de piles et on peut y mettre son propre produit pour le sol, donc pas besoin d'acheter des recharges ! Je l'utilise quasiment tous les jours depuis que je l'ai, les microfibres tiennent très bien au lavage en machine !

Me esta encantando, tengo un perro y es perfecto para las manchas diarias. Fácil de usar, friegas el suelo sin esfuerzo. Las instrucciones para montarlo no están muy claras...tuve que mirar algún vídeo en Youtube. Se friega mejor si humedeces la mopa un poco antes de empezar a fregar. El deposito a mi me dura para dos veces. Y la mopa se lava perfecta en la lavadora o a mano. Lo recomiendo para personas mayores ya que no se hace esfuerzo al fregar, no hay que cargar con el cubo de agua o escurrir el mocho.
